Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Laws

                      The MYRA Card Program, Policy, Terms & Conditions

  

1. Overview

The MYRA Card Program (“Program”) is a loyalty rewards program offered by ALPS (“ALPS”) designed to reward members for travel and partner activity.

By enrolling or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which form a binding agreement between you and ALPS. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates or changes.

Members are encouraged to review these terms regularly and consult ALPSi.co or customer support for clarification. 

  

2. Membership Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Membership is open to individuals in countries where participation is legally permitted. 
  • Membership is limited to one account per and is non-transferable. 
  • Members must provide their full legal name, matching government-issued identification. 
  • Businesses and corporations are not eligible unless enrolled in an approved business program. 
  • Parents or legal guardians may enroll children under 18. 

ALPS reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and adjust balances accordingly.

  

3. Member Responsibilities

Members are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate personal information (name, address, contact details). 
  • Ensuring account details match travel documents. 
  • Safeguarding login credentials and passwords. 
  • Monitoring account activity and reporting discrepancies. 

ALPS may request documentation to verify identity or residency and may audit accounts at any time.

  

4. Account Security & Access

  • Members must create and maintain a secure password. 
  • Account access is strictly personal and may not be shared. 
  • Use of third-party tools or services to access accounts is prohibited. 

ALPS is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

  

5. Account Changes & Closure

Updates

Members must promptly update:

  • Name (with legal documentation) 
  • Address or country of residence 
  • Contact information 

Account Closure

ALPS may suspend or close accounts if:

  • Fraud or misuse is detected 
  • Terms are violated 
  • Duplicate accounts exist 
  • Member becomes ineligible by law 
  • Member requests closure 

All miles and benefits are forfeited upon closure.

  

6. Miles & Rewards

Ownership

Miles:

  • Have no cash value 
  • Are not transferable, except where explicitly allowed 
  • Are not the property of the  Member 

Earning Miles

Members earn miles through:

  • Eligible flights 
  • Partner transactions 
  • Promotional offers 

Earning rates vary by fare type, partner, and program rules.

Restrictions

Miles are not earned on:

  • Basic Economy fares (or equivalent) 
  • Free or non-revenue travel 
  • Certain discounted or opaque fares 
  • Taxes, fees, or ancillary purchases 

  

7. Redemption of Miles

Miles may be redeemed for:

  • Award travel 
  • Upgrades 
  • Other eligible rewards 

Key Conditions:

  • Availability is limited and may vary 
  • Taxes, fees, and surcharges must be paid by the Member 
  • Award tickets are      non-transferable once issued 
  • Changes or cancellations may incur fees depending on fare type 

ALPS reserves the right to adjust redemption rates or availability at any time.

  

8. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Selling, bartering, or transferring miles or rewards 
  • Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts 
  • Providing false information 
  • Abusive or disruptive behavior toward staff or customers 
  • Manipulating or exploiting the MYRA Program 

Violations may result in:

  • Loss of miles or status 
  • Account suspension or termination      
  • Cancellation of rewards or tickets 

9. Account Monitoring & Audits

ALPS may audit accounts at any time without notice. If discrepancies are found, ALPS may:

  • Withhold or reverse miles 
  • Suspend account access 
  • Cancel rewards or benefits 

During investigations, account activity may be restricted.

10. Statements & Mileage Posting

  • Account statements are provided electronically. 
  • Miles are typically credited within several weeks after qualifying activity. 
  • Members must report missing miles within 9 months of activity. 

Members should retain receipts and travel documentation until miles are posted.

11. Signature Membership Status (Elite Program)

Members may qualify for elite status (“Signature Membership Status”) based on qualifying spend and activity.

Benefits may include:

  • Bonus miles 
  • Priority services 
  • Complimentary upgrades 
  • Lounge access 

Benefits are:

  • Subject to availability 
  • Determined at time of travel 
  • Changeable at ALPS’s discretion 

12. Partner Programs

  • Earning and redemption rules vary by partner 
  • Partner participation may change at any time 
  • Members must comply with partner-specific terms 

ALPS is not responsible for partner-provided goods or services.

13. Program Changes

ALPS reserves the right to:

  • Modify program rules, benefits, or earning rates 
  • Change redemption requirements 
  • Limit availability of rewards 
  • Terminate the Program with advance notice 

Changes may affect both future and previously earned miles.

14. Privacy & Data Use

ALPS respects Member privacy and handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

By participating, Members consent to data collection and use necessary to administer the Program.


15. Limitation of Liability

ALPS is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages      
  • Losses due to regulatory compliance 
  • Partner-related services or issues 

The Program is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability or value.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. General Terms

  • The Program is void where prohibited by law 
  • These Terms represent the entire agreement between Members and ALPS 
  • No additional representations or agreements apply unless explicitly stated
